Since Nuquí is surrounded by rivers, various sediments flow from the waters into the Pacific Ocean, which means that visibility in the deep sea is not the best. The diving depths range from 4.5 to 42 m. There are diving schools like Kakiri that offer dives for experienced divers, but also courses and mini-courses for beginners. Nuquí has several dive sites, most of them of medium to high difficulty.
